*DJ CeeCee's POLICY, TERMS & CONDITIONS - Rates are subject to change at any time without notice depending on market trends, calendar, volume, sales & reservations, special promotions or season.  Reservation payment is non-refundable, however, in the event of client cancellation for any reason, credit will be issued with DJ CeeCee's authorization and may be used, transferred, sold, or gifted for similar type of event within one (1) year of date of event, subject to date availability.  Payment is deemed to represent a contract/agreement for professional DJ music services for event on the event date specified (subject to date availability) or replacement date as well as policy.  Client agrees to provide electrical access at facility for DJ system hookup with at least two (2) working 3-prong outlet, one (1) 5-6 ft. long, rectangular table with tablecloth or skirting, two (2)  chairs for use by DJ  at facility or portable DJ station will be used.   If event is scheduled to be held outdoors, weather must be clear at least one (1) hour prior to DJ setup or indoors alternative area must be available for DJ setup. In event of rain, storm, or emergency disaster during event, DJ will immediately power down PA system and disconnect from electrical power source to prevent harm or accident to guests, DJ, or vendors.  DJ will then re-set up PA system indoors in a safe, dry area and resume musical coverage as soon as is reasonably possible.  There are no credits or refunds given for any interruption or delay of music due to weather conditions.  If for any reason DJ CeeCee cannot appear due to an emergency, coverage by a professional DJ associate may be arranged & client notified.  Guest requests for songs during wedding receptions are not encouraged as music and events programs are preplanned and Bride & Groom have already requested special songs.  Requests are welcome at other types of events.  DJ will provide a music mix of various styles and eras of music - including party and dance music - that is appropriate for the occasion and for mixed ages played continuously (with the exception of silence during blessings, toasts, or speeches).  DJ will play as many songs in program that can be played in the timeline allotted, but it will not be possible to play all songs on program due to time restrictions and abundance of material available.  DJ may change order of songs or special events within event for best results and musical experience but will reasonably accommodate any changes requested during event.  If client or facility desires/requires insurance, there will be a premium added to rate due at time of reservation or deemed to be waived.  Client(s) & their guests are responsible for behavior, any damage to or theft of DJ's equipment and  will be billed for replacement cost.   Music coverage for event is from start time to end time (closing) for up to 4 hours unless event is over earlier than originally planned or client does not wish to have 4 full hours of music services at event or client has reserved additional time/hours.  If additional time/hours are requested during event, facility (if any) must consent to remain open with or without additional facility or staffing charges to Client(s) and agreement regarding additional payment must be agreed upon between Client(s) and DJ CeeCee.  Client(s) &/or facility is responsible for knowing, understanding and complying to any noise ordinances for outdoors music at event or any fines that may be incurred if violation.  DJ accepts the reservation for times reserved or desired by client and will cooperate with any noise ordinances known to be in existence per clients or facilities instructions.  DJ meal is not required for DJ or DJ’s crew (if any) but appreciated. Cash tip/gratuity is optional at event.  Licensing and tradename registration information is available upon request.  There may be a premium for events that are held on holidays/holiday weekends or geographically distant from Sarasota/Bradenton, FL.  Payment is acceptable via Paypal at www.paypal.com using your bank or credit card and Paypal’s online "Payment by Email" feature directed to: djceecee@djceecee.com or by Western Union or Moneygram by cash or debit card.  Please email for payment instructions or questions.  Sorry, direct cash payments, money orders, cashiers checks, electronic or paper checks are not accepted.  All online reviews, testimonials, articles, photographs, or advertising must be approved by DJ CeeCee, whether on DJ CeeCee's website, any DJ referral website, or on any website or post that appears on the internet, in print, or on the media or be subject to legal review and monitary compensation, advertising fees, copyright infringement. Terms regarding Carlson Craft Wedding & Party Invitations & Accessories are posted on www.DJCeeCee.cceasy.com.  Thank you for your business & referrals!
